Solid, Translucent, Transparent or Mirror Sheets Available:

Solid: does not allow any light to pass through acrylic

Translucent: allows some light to pass through and object shadows can be seen - amount of light varies between colours

Transparent: allows light to pass through freely and applies a tint to all objects when viewed through acrylic

Acrylic Care Tips:

  • Clean with warm, mild soapy water with a soft cloth or microfibre.
  • Clean with a fresh cloth so there are no other chemicals from prior use.

Do not use the following cleaning chemicals with acrylic as it may frost or be damaged:

  • acetone
  • ammonia
  • windex
  • multipurpose cleaner

Acrylic is very durable but it can be scratched. If it gets hazy, you can buff it. If it is more badly damaged, you can use fine grit sandpaper to sand it smooth. You can then buff the acrylic with a clean microfibre cloth and plastic polish or car polish.
