Postage Options
Approval - Expect your quote same day or early next morning (business days only). The quote will outline the cost breakdown, as well as the expected turnaround assuming prompt approval of the quote.
Commencement - we must receive approval from you before we commence. Ideally reply to our quote by email or alternatively call us on 9565 4528.
Payment can be made prior to collecting, by phone or online. Alternatively pay on collection by card, cash or online payment. Note that a copy of bank transfer is required to confirm that online payment has been made.
Surcharge - We do charge a 1.5% fee for any card payment, to cover our costs.
We are open for laser cutting Monday – Friday from 7:30am - 6:30pm.
Minimum Turnaround – during most of the year, we can complete jobs within one day. If you’re files are easy to read and cut, we can often have jobs completed the same day.
Maximum Turnaround – during our busiest month (October – November), most jobs are completed within 1-3 days.
A realistic turn around time is always included in our quotes, and we will email you as soon as your cutting is completed. Alternatively we are happy to call you on completion if you prefer.
Be sure to include an indication of your turnaround requirements in the ‘when do you need it’ section of the quote form.
Opening Hours - Collecting work Monday-Friday 8am–6pm. We do not operate on weekends, although weekend or after hours collection can usually be arranged.
Parking – do not stop on the street or double-park on the footpath. Feel free to use our loading dock if available, otherwise there is free parking in the surrounding streets.
Train – St Peters Station is less than 10 mins walk. Sydenham is 15 mins walk.
Bus – The 422 and 348 bus from the city stops on the Princes Highway near Victoria St (2 min walk)
Note – Campbell Street (and Modelcraft) is on the western side of Princess Hwy. Note that the eastern extension is Campbell Rd.
Postage – we can send full sheets of laser cutting across Australia. Prices will vary based on weight and location. For people within the Sydney metro area, we can send items up to 20kg for $25 inc GST with a 1 business day travel time.
Courier - we have standard same-day couriers as well as 2 and 4 hr options available if required
Insurance – we will tape your pieces into their sheets and wrap your sheets together in bubble wrap, adding a protective cardboard sheet if needed. We do offer extra insurance as we cant be liable for breakages or damage in transit. Once you have received your package, please inspect your items and if you have any damaged items please inform us within 1 day off receiving and we will arrange to recut items at cost.
